To whom it may concern:

I would like to take time to give my opinion on the financing suggested by Zebra via the website.

There are two options given. First, XXXXX and second Lease Process. As I was shopping on the Zebra website I decided to go for financing to help build our business credit. I clicked on the first option. I never received a call back. I was very discouraged from going forward with buying new mats. Thinking I couldn’t get qualified and I had no options because I didn’t even receive a call back. Luckily I was persistent and applied on LP. How glad am I that I did! I received excellent customer service. Jim was extremely helpful with processing our financing. He was fast, communicated well, upfront, and most importantly he got it done!
